About this range
Gas wok stoves come with one burner and one warmer, two burners and one warmer, or two burners and two warmers, from 900 mm to 2000 mm wide, with burners of 300 to 350 mm. The wok stove with 2 burners and 1 warmer is 1800 × 1000 × 800 mm with two 350 mm burners. The burners are fan-assisted, so each stove needs a 220–240 V socket for the fan motor as well as the gas supply; each listing gives the fan motor's power, and the gas ones are listed for natural gas or LPG.
Induction wok stoves are listed at 380 V, which needs a three-phase supply. For stock and large batches there is a gas stock pot stove, an induction stove with a wok and a large pot, a 450–600 L induction frying wok and a gas tilting braising pan.
