What goes in each kitchen
A starting list for every unit.
A rule of thumb to start from: list what each unit type needs to cook, serve and keep food cold, then multiply by the number of units. It is a starting point, not a measurement; how your units are let decides the final list.
- Studio, sleeps two: the countertop appliances the unit needs, a frying pan or wok from the cookware, and a service tray.
- One bedroom, sleeps two to four: the same countertop appliances, with larger cookware.
- Family apartment, sleeps six: larger cookware and more serving pieces for shared meals.
- Several units: the list for each unit type, multiplied by the number of units, plus a small reserve held centrally for replacements.
