Iron woks with a wooden handle or two handles (one non-stick), a Chinese iron wok and a thickened stainless steel wok; a stainless steel stock pot (sufuria) in seven sizes from 21 L to 170 L and a long-handle sauce pot in eight sizes; a stainless frying pan; a stainless pressure cooker; 2- and 3-tier stainless steamer pots of 30 and 32 cm; and a bamboo dim sum steamer.
